I couldn’t get through checkout, and it felt like I was being passed around instead of getting any real help. What should’ve been quick ended up feeling way more frustrating than it needed to be...

The prices seemed good at first, but the minimum order requirement kind of ruined it for me. I only needed a couple of things, and then I had to start throwing extra stuff in my cart just to check out. Super annoying when you’re trying to save money but end up buying things you didn’t even want.

I picked this up thinking it would be a cute little thing to give someone, and at first I was like, okay, maybe this could work. Then I actually looked at it more closely and… nope. It felt kind of cheap, and it wasn’t easy to share or present nicely. i went from hopeful to annoyed fast.

I was trying to place an order on Martie while kind of rushing, and even though there were some really good deals, the ingredient info slowed me down. A few products had missing details or the text was too tiny to really check, so I ended up having to google things before adding them to my cart. If you have allergens to watch out for or avoid certain ingredients, that’s frustrating. The site itself is fine, but it definitely made me trust the listings a little less.

I’ll be honest, the deals are actually good and I’ve found some solid savings. But the emails come in way too often, like someone in a secret marketing bunker decided I need updates every five minutes. I’m not saying there’s a whole operation behind it… but my inbox definitely thinks there is

Some of the items are fine, like there’s nothing really wrong with them, but once shipping gets added, the prices end up basically close to what I’d pay at a regular store. I was expecting better deals since a lot of it is near-date stuff, you know? It’s not terrible or anything, just feels kind of not worth the hassle.

I ordered a few things from Martie, the product photos didn’t really match what showed up. One item looked like a full-size box in the picture, but what I got was smaller than I expected. Another item came in totally different packaging than what was shown. For me, that’s frustrating because I’m relying on the photos to decide what I’m buying. It just made the whole order feel kind of misleading and annoying.

My order ended up being wrong, and a few items just never showed up at all. I also felt like the instructions or updates could’ve been a lot clearer, because I wasn’t really sure what was happening or what to do next. Support took way too long to get back to me, so i don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I’ve been happy with it so far. I like that it helps cut down on food waste, and I’ve saved some money too, which is always nice. Shipping was a bit slow one time, but overall it’s been a good experience.

I use Martie sometimes when I’m needing to fill back up on snacks and basic pantry stuff. My order from martie.com came in a wrecked box, like it had been tossed around the whole way. There was barely any padding in there, so a few things got crushed, and one package was actually ripped open inside the box. I get that the prices are cheap and all, but the stuff should still show up in decent shape and be usable. Frustrating, and I don’t plan on ordering again.

Martie has been okay for ordering and I haven’t had any problems logging in or paying, so that part is fine. But the account security and privacy stuff feels a bit too basic for me. I kept trying to figure out where the privacy settings and data use details were, and it felt like every time I thought I found what I needed, the goalposts moved and I had to dig somewhere else. Nothing bad happened, but it didn’t exactly make me feel super confident either. Overall, it works, but the privacy side could be a lot clearer...

My order showed up late. The tracking was off the whole time. It never really updated right, so I had no idea where the package was. Frustrating

I’ve ordered from Martie a few times, and overall it’s been alright. Some of the stuff showed up with plenty of time left and tasted totally fine, but a few items were way closer to the expiration date than I expected.

I know it’s discount food, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but it did kind of ruin my plans because I bought a few things thinking I could use them later in the week. Instead, I had to rush to use everything right away. I just wish the expiration dates were shown more clearly before checkout.

I was excited to try some new snacks from martie, especially because they were listed as dairy free. I picked them out, placed the order, and figured it would be an easy win for something I could actually eat. But when the package showed up, I checked the label like I always do, and there it was: milk listed right on the packaging. I reached out to customer service, but it took way too long to get anywhere, and in the end I just had to toss the snacks. If you have allergies, definitely don’t rely only on the listing. Double check everything yourself. For me, it’s just not worth the risk.
